Portable Drape System – You will receive poles, bases, crossbars and fabric needed for a simple 12’ section. Sections can be hooked together to create a longer expanse. Specialty looks can be achieved by using extra fabrics. Contact D’z for pricing for special draping looks.

Reception/Party

The following items are some of the things D’z offers. Many other items are available not shown here. Easels, chalkboards, flower urns, some flowers, crates, wagon wheels, LED can lights, chandeliers, and floor candelabras are just some of those items. A visit to our showroom would be a good idea if you are interested in viewing everything D’z offers for your event.

Tents

D’z has up to 8 – 20 x 20 Tents available that can be used separately or hooked together in multiple configurations.

1 Tent – Comfortably 4 tables – 32 People

2 Tents – Around 9 to 11 Tables – 44 to max of 60 People if using dance floor, food tables, and cake table. 60 people under 20 x 40 Tent with dance floor requires using all long tables except for cake table.

4 Tents – Around 16 to 19 Tables – 75 to 100 People – Dance floor, food tables, guest tables, cake table, and sweetheart table. (Uses both round and long tables.)

6 Tents – Around 20 to 25 Tables – 125 to 150 People – Dance floor, food tables, guest tables, cake table, and sweetheart table. (Uses both round and long tables.)

Note: Using all long tables under tents allows you to seat more people. Most clients use a mix of round and long tables to vary the look.

Dance Floors

Dance Floor rentals include setup and takedown within a 10 mile radius of McAlester, OK. A travel fee will apply if we setup outside of McAlester and will be figured based on the number of miles we need to travel to setup and takedown. If the customer has setup delivery for other rentals the dance floor will be set up at the same time as other rentals.

Pipe and Drape

A stand alone drape system that can be used to hide or highlight spaces at your venue. Multiple lengths can be hooked together to customize your space. Contact us for specialty draping and lengths.

  • 8’ Table Seats 8 – Usually used for guest seating, food or drinks, registration, etc
  • 6’ Table Seats 6 – Usually used for guest seating, cake table, sweetheart table, food or drinks, etc
  • 48” Round Table Seats 6 – Can be used for guest seating or makes a perfect cake or sweetheart table
  • 60” Round Table Seats 8 – Usually used for guest seating
  • 4’ or 8’ Adjustable Height Table – Usually used as bar
  • Half 60” Round Table – Usually used for sweetheart table or cake table
  • Quarter Round Table – Used to connect 6’ or 8’ tables to create a triangle shape
  • Serpentine Table – A curved table that can be used as a cake table or sweetheart table – When using three together you can a u shape or a wavy shape which creates a unique shape for a bridal party, food tables, etc – Using together 4 you can create a round shape that would look great for a food area
